We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:
Position: Assistant Director of Men’s Integrated Services
Location: Stamford, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee the daily clinical and operational functions of a men’s residential behavioral health program. This position combines staff leadership, direct clinical care, compliance, scheduling, and crisis management to support quality treatment and long-term recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical counselors through individual/group supervision and regular chart audits
- Manage daily program operations, treatment schedules, staff workflows, and 24/7 coverage
- Maintain a clinical caseload and provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop and monitor comprehensive treatment plans
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data compliance using OTRs and DPAS
- Address client crises and grievances and collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Connecticut professional license – LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC preferred
- 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in residential behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a similar clinical environment
- Strong experience with clinical supervision, documentation compliance, treatment scheduling, and staff management
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage clinical operations, deadlines, and program requirements effectively
