As a key member of our Carencro service team, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face that RV owners count on to guide them through repairs, maintenance, and warranty work — all while delivering next-level customer care.
What You'll Do:
- Greet service customers and create a welcoming, informative experience
- Write and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient repair flow
- Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers in real time
- Help customers understand their service options, including warranty coverage
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in RV, auto, marine, or powersports industries preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of RV systems (training provided)
- Customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems
- Familiarity with service software systems (a plus)
