Duties
- Must have professional email and phone etiquette
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information about the area.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate entry into the front desk system.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving for resolution.
- Be able to multitask and prioritize multiple duties.
- Must be good communicator and take direction clearly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Detail oriented, comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
- Work with multiple departments to resolve issues
- Comply with all Prime Vacation standards and operating procedures
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
- Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sightsee
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
- Must submit to background check.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software related to hotel management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
- Ability to work fulltime and flexible hours must be available to work weekends.
- Knowledge of TRACK , Villa Control and Breezeway Software programs are a plus.
