Prime Vacations is a vacation rental management company with properties in Anna Maria, Holmes Beach. We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate to be the face of our organization when communicating with guests, providing solutions to issues, addressing guest concerns, and making sure our vacation homes are presentable and maintained at a high level.

You will also be our front-line staff to communicate with guests, resolve guest issues and provide five-star customer service.

Our ideal candidates should have the following skills:

• Must have professional email and phone etiquette
• Provide fivestar customer service
• Be able to multitask and prioritize multiple duties
• Take direction and communicate clearly
• Have a hard work ethic and a gogetter attitude
• Detail oriented
• Work in a fastpaced environment and think on your toes
  
  

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
• Work with multiple departments to resolve issues
• Comply with all Prime Vacation standards and operating procedures
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sightsee
  
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience in customer service or guest relations, strong references needed
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must submit to background check
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
• Ability to work fulltime and flexible hours must be available to work weekends
• Veterans are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• Knowledge of TRACK, Villa Control and Breezeway Software programs are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
