What You'll Do
- Build relationships with real estate agents, broker owners, mortgage lenders, and other referral partners.
- Schedule and complete at least 10 new relationship meetings each week.
- Visit brokerages, real estate offices, and lending partners throughout the Kansas City Metro.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and community events.
- Host or support lunch-and-learns, office presentations, and client appreciation events.
- Generate new title and escrow business through relationship development.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partners.
- Track meetings, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
- Learn Prime Title & Escrow's services and confidently communicate the value we bring to every closing.
- Work alongside our operations team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Success in This Role
You'll be successful by:
- Building lasting relationships with agents, brokers, and lenders
- Completing at least 10 qualified relationship meetings each week
- Growing a strong referral network
- Consistently generating new title orders
- Becoming a trusted resource within the Kansas City real estate community
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or relationship-based sales
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up habits
- Professional presence and presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
This position requires professional experience developing business through relationship-based sales. If your background is primarily customer service or inside sales without outside business development responsibilities, this role is not likely to be the right fit.

Compensation
This position includes a small draw plus an uncapped commission plan. A motivated Business Development Representative should expect to earn $70,000 or more during their first year, with six-figure earning potential as they build a strong network of referral partners.
