We're Prime Time Solutions, a sales and business consulting firm on a quest to banish buffering forever. We need a Verizon Team Member in Worcester to support Verizon Fios. You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making sure activations are magical, paperwork is perfectly muggle-proofed, and customer trust is built so strong it could stream 4K in a thunderstorm.

As a Verizon Team Member, consider our training program your official acceptance letter to the Ministry of Connectivity. You'll be fully trained in the powerful magic of Verizon Fios, learning to command outreach portals across your assigned territories, conjure seamless service activations, and wield our CRM like a Marauder's Map to track and achieve all campaign goals.

Role Requirements for a Verizon Team Member

  • Execute residential outreach across assigned territories, introducing Verizon Fios wireless, fiber, and bundled services using structured engagement protocols.
  • Manage enrollment workflows with precision—ensuring accurate documentation, service tier selection, and activation timelines.
  • Present tailored service proposals based on connectivity goals, usage patterns, and budget alignment.
  • Log enrollment activity, pipeline movement, and service status in CRM to support campaign tracking and performance forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and delivery benchmarks with Verizon Fios standards.
  • Monitor territory metrics and share actionable insights to refine outreach strategy and improve enrollment outcomes.

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
  • Experience in structured outreach, sales, or client enrollment—ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments.
  • Clearly and consistently articulates complex information across all Verizon FiOS service tiers, acting as a solution-driven expert to build client trust.
  • Utilizes Verizon's approved protocols and workflows to resolve all service alignment issues, ensuring flawless progression and operational flow across the client base.
  • CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support pipeline tracking, territory visibility, and campaign continuity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $940.63 - $1,600.00 per week
