As a Solar Sales Representative, you will connect directly with Massachusetts homeowners to help them reduce energy costs, build equity, and transition to clean energy. Role is commision-based
Key Responsibilities:- Consult & Close: Meet with homeowners in-person to review utility bills, present customized system designs, explain ROI, and close residential solar agreements.
- Educate: Clearly explain financing options (loans, leases, cash purchases) as well as Massachusetts-specific solar incentives, tax credits, rebates, and net metering.
- Assess: Conduct basic preliminary site assessments evaluating roof type, shading, and orientation.
- Manage Pipeline: Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails, maintaining accurate records within our CRM.
- Deliver Excellence: Represent the Prime Time Properties brand with professionalism and integrity, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact to signed contract.
To hit top-tier bracket earnings, representatives are expected to actively build their pipeline through multiple channels:
- Direct Outreach: Door-to-door knocking in selected, high-opportunity residential neighborhoods and targeted zones.
- Self-Generation: Networking, local outreach, and building a robust customer referral base with realtors, businesses, and past clients.
- Community Engagement: Attending company-sponsored events, home shows, sustainability fairs, and local activations.
