RN | Nights | 3×12s | 7 PM–7 AM
Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 scheduled hours). Weekends and holidays as needed.
Role Overview: Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, treatments, and ongoing evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient condition, respond to changes, and communicate with the care team.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee team members’ patient care.
- Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
