Unit Size: 118 beds
Care Setting: High-volume, high-acuity Emergency Department
- Minimum 2 years of recent ED or ICU experience after completion of orientation
- Strong critical-care assessment and intervention skills
- Comfortable managing complex and rapidly changing patient conditions
- Able to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
- Must be adaptable, clinically independent, and calm under pressure
- BLS
- ACLS
- TNCC
- Strong emergency or critical-care background
- Confident caring for unstable patients
- Flexible and comfortable with a broad range of acuity levels
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
