IT Specialist – Club Xcite
Job Summary:
Join Club Xcite and help support our mission of empowering children and families through educational therapy. As an IT Specialist, you’ll ensure our technology runs smoothly for both clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of escalation for technical issues
- Support software, hardware, and network systems
- Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting using available resources
- Implement solutions through remote access tools and user administration systems
- Schedule and coordinate troubleshooting appointments with team members
- Monitor system performance and ticket trends; report potential issues to leadership
- Manage distribution lists and user access
- Review and respond to spam or phishing incidents
- Create and deactivate user accounts for new hires and terminations
- Maintain remote access and VPN systems
- Support Active Directory and secure file/folder access, including restoring backups
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical users
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Self-starter who can work independently
