As a Full-Time Sales Team Member, you will represent telecommunications products and services through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, explain available solutions, and provide a positive customer experience while helping customers find services that fit their lifestyle.

What You’ll Do as a Full-Time Sales Team Member

• Engage directly with customers in person to discuss telecommunications products and services.
• Build positive relationships through professional and friendly customer interactions.
• Learn customer needs and recommend service options that align with their preferences and goals.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available promotions clearly and confidently.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Accurately complete customer information and required sales documentation.
• Stay up to date on current products, promotions, and service offerings.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to strengthen sales and communication skills.

Qualifications for a Full-Time Sales Team Member

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of customers in a face-to-face environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented.
