Prime Time Electric is seeking a skilled Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing and performing residential electrical work, including new construction, remodels, and service calls. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in the field.
What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside electrician helpers on residential job sites
- Perform complete electrical installations for new home construction
- Install panels, wiring, lighting, switches, receptacles, and electrical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues
- Perform service upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and inspectors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Experience with both new construction and service work
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
- Leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
