As a business development firm, we are focused on building our client's presence in La Habra and the surrounding areas. Part of that effort is connecting with local communities and ensuring that they are aware of the communication technology options that are available to them. We have spent the past couple years exceeding our client's sales expectations in expanding their mission to provide the best wireless phone, internet, and technology device services, and we are looking to hire entry-level Customer Service Associates to assist in our projects.
Being an entry-level Customer Service Associate involves more than the acquisition and sales process. We provide client-based training on technology usage, consumer sales relations, product and service knowledge, and market preferences for you to utilize in customer interactions. Our partners at Frontier take the guesswork out of the initial process by administering pre-qualified leads and sharing insight on sales discounts and services for local neighborhoods. Our next Customer Service Associate will be working with our client to engage with and offer solutions to our neighbors in the regional communities.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate Role:
- Boost sales interactions by directly communicating client offerings and benefits to select community members in the local region
- Utilize knowledge of client discounts and benefits to determine qualifications and identify potential consumers for the programs
- Adequately explain wireless phone options, internet capabilities, qualified discounts, and sales options with customers
- Assist qualified candidates in the application process by communicating with other entry-level Customer Service Associates and utilizing client-provided technology devices
- Genuinely care about those in the community whom we are connecting with these services and provide the best customer service possible
- Develop a strong understanding of client procedures and opportunities through entry-level training and working with other members of the customer service and sales teams
- Discuss within teams regarding local experience and how we can adjust marketing tactics to service our consumers and clients better
Customer Service Associate Candidate Qualifications:
- Have an authentic mindset toward helping others, especially in the communications or technology realm
- Be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, clients, and other entry-level Customer Service Associates alike
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of previous knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, retail, or business preferred but not required
- Solid time management skills to ensure proper completion of daily tasks and weekly client expectations
