Principal Product Manager, Enterprise AI & FinTech
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite 4 days/week)
Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000 base salary meaningful equity

Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed FinTech company building technology in a category they helped create and continue to lead.
As the market leader in a rapidly evolving space, they are tackling problems that have never been solved before. This is not a role focused on incremental improvements or maintaining existing products. You will help define, build, and launch entirely new products and capabilities that do not yet exist in the market.
The company is led by a highly accomplished founding team with deep experience building and scaling enterprise software platforms. As they enter their next phase of growth, they are seeking a Principal Product Manager to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of the business.

What You'll Do
- Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the platform
- Identify emerging customer needs and transform them into new product opportunities
- Lead customer discovery with executive and technical stakeholders
- Define and launch entirely new products and features from the ground up
- Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams
- Translate complex technical and business challenges into intuitive product experiences
- Work directly with enterprise customers to validate concepts and prioritize investments
- Define product metrics and use data to drive decision-making
- Support strategic customer engagements, pilots, and product launches
- Help establish product management best practices as the organization scales
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of product management experience
- Track record of building and launching successful enterprise software products
- Experience taking products from concept and customer discovery through adoption and scale
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, analytics, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cloud platforms, or fintech products
- Exceptional customer discovery and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working directly with executives, founders, and enterprise customers
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, data platforms, and modern software architecture
- Strong analytical and business thinking skills
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments
- Excited by the opportunity to create new products rather than optimize existing ones
Preferred Experience
- AI platforms, generative AI, agentic AI, LLM applications, or AI infrastructure
- Enterprise analytics and business intelligence
- Developer platforms and API-based products
- Cloud infrastructure, FinOps, cost optimization, forecasting, or enterprise finance tools
- Regulated industries or complex enterprise environments
- Experience at both startups and larger technology companies
