OCM Consultant- AI Adoption

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months, potential for extension

Hourly rate range: $50-55/hr

As an OCM Consultant, you will lead initiatives to support the adoption of M365 Copilot and Free Copilot Chat across the enterprise. You’ll design engaging training programs, foster community interaction, and build resources that empower employees to embrace AI-driven productivity tools.

Must-Have Skills

• 3 years of instructional design experience, ideally with AI-related organizational change initiatives
• Strong ability to design interactive, engaging, and visually compelling training materials
• Excellent communication, content organization, and critical thinking skills
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training
• Experience supporting process improvements and technology integrations across business units
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with rolling deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Organizational Change Management or Project Management certification
• Passion for adult education and lifelong learning
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR methodology
• Strong project management background with practical coordination skills
• Experience engaging senior business leaders
• Team-first mindset with leadership and influencing capabilities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT project coordination/analyst experience, including large systems implementation projects
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation design) and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, especially M365 Copilot
• Skilled in professional social media engagement (Teams Channels, Viva Engage)
• Self-starter, comfortable operating independently with clear prioritization

Work Environment: Hybrid schedule preferred (remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays at Seattle HQ). Remote candidates will be considered, with up to 25% travel expected for key meetings.
