What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue. This is a high-impact, high-reward role perfect for someone who loves closing deals, thrives in the construction or design industry, and is excited by uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-up
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients—contractors, remodelers, designers, and builders
- Track pipeline, activities, and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Represent Prime Stone Design at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Provide regular sales reporting and market feedback to leadership
Who You Are
You’re a self-motivated, financially driven sales professional with a knack for relationship-building and an eye for opportunity. You’re just as comfortable on a job site as you are in a showroom, and you know how to sell value—not just price.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience (construction, stone, or design industry a strong plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Excel
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain their value clearly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Hunter mentality with a long-term relationship-building mindset
- Willingness to travel locally (25–30% account management as your book grows)
