Requirements
- Stacking products on pallets following proper handling and safety practices.
- Hand-selecting orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, with most time spent in the cooler.
- Loading right on the truck for next-day deliveries.
- Occasional heavy lifting is required. Must be able to lift 1–75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; often reaching up to 72 inches; constantly bend and twist.
- Once certified, operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products when needed.
- Maintain and safely operate all assigned mechanical equipment, including but not limited to electric pallet jack and forklift. Prior experience a plus.
- Material handling experience is helpful.
- Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Determination to meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
- Solid reading, writing, and communication skills to effectively perform job requirements and adhere to safety regulations.
- Responsibility, trustworthiness, and the ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship.
- Must be flexible and able to work Monday–Friday between the hours of 6 am – 2:30 pm.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
