Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by applying proper cleaning techniques and products
- Care for floors by performing carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate maintenance procedures
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after each shift
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
- Familiarity with residential cleaning services or hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
