Responsibilities
Maintain store/branch security and assist with opening/closing procedures.
Assist customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales to targets.
Manage cash register, process transactions, and balance tills at shift end.
Monitor and report store metrics, including foot traffic and conversion rates.
Lead by example in completing daily tasks and meeting pipeline goals.
Coordinate with team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
Support scheduling and coverage to ensure consistent on-site presence.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize sales in territory.
Escalate operational issues and customer feedback to management promptly.
Assist in training new team members on processes and systems.
Maintain accurate records of shifts, tasks, and customer interactions.
Experience/Qualifications
Carwash experience preferred
ICS Experience preferred
Experience handling cash, POS, and till reconciliations at shift end.
Strong customer service with product knowledge and upsell skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage pipeline opportunities.
Ability to open/close store with adherence to security protocols.
Track and report store metrics such as foot traffic and conversion rates.
Strong work ethic with self-motivation and readiness to grow professionally.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
Support scheduling and coverage to ensure consistent on-site presence.
Train and onboard new staff on processes and systems.
Record-keeping of shifts, tasks, and customer interactions with accuracy.
