Prime Security is seeking a reliable and professional Gate Operator to manage controlled access at residential and community entry points. This role focuses on customer service, accuracy, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage vehicle and pedestrian entry
- Verify credentials and provide clear, courteous communication
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activity including report writing
- Observe and report safety concerns or unusual activity
- Follow established protocols for access, incidents, and communication
- Support a clean, organized work area
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in clear, accurate report writing
- Strong surveillance, situational awareness, and observational skills
- Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED (or willing to obtain certification)
- Registered Security Officer (or willing to complete registration requirements)
- High school diploma (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- TWIC card and Guard Card holders receive priority consideration
