Duties

- Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities with decisive action and clear communication.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions and maintain order.
- Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports, logs, and records for future reference and investigations.
Experience
- Prior experience in security services preferably.
- Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively under pressure.
