Territory Manager

Responsibilities
- Grow sales throughout the VA system and Workers' Compensation network
- Call on physicians, therapists, prosthetics departments, orthopedics, podiatry, neurology, primary care, women's health, and other VA specialties
- Educate clinicians on innovative wearable medical technology
- Build relationships with key VA decision makers
- Drive consistent territory growth
Compensation
- Base Salary: $105,000-$110,000
- On-Target Earnings: Approximately $300,000
- Uncapped commissions
- First-quarter commission guarantee while ramping the territory
- Monthly vehicle allowance (approximately $600-$800 , negotiable based on travel)
Top performers regularly earn $300,000-$500,000 , with elite performers significantly exceeding those numbers.
Qualifications
Required
- Previous experience selling Medical Devices into the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system
- Experience navigating VA purchasing and clinical relationships
Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
