Our client is an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company expanding its commercial team across DC and Maryland. This territory offers some strong existing business, with much opportunity for new business.

What You'll Do
- Manage a territory covering Washington DC all of Maryland. Approx. 50% travel, including overnights.
- Call primarily on VA physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, and prosthetics departments
- Grow and expand existing business through strategic account development and new business opportunities
- Educate providers on an innovative home-use medical device while supporting patient adoption and outcomes
- Partner closely with leadership as one of the company's early commercial hires, helping drive continued growth across the region
What We're Looking For
- Required: Experience calling on physicians, therapists, and prosthetics departments within the VA healthcare system
- Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device sales experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and territory development skills
- Comfortable working directly with patients and patient advocacy groups
- Ability to travel extensively by car and air
- Stable career progression, with at least two years in your current role preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000–$110,000 base salary
- $175,000–$200,000 first-year earnings
