Pre-IPO company looking to grow its sales team with medical device sales reps experienced in the VA. This is an expansion position needed to continue growth in DC, Maryland, and Morgantown WV.

Geography: Based in Baltimore or DC. Territory includes all VAMCs, CBOCs, and DoD facilities as well as private practice clinics in DC, Maryland and Morgantown. Role requires 50–75% travel to support business growth and flexibility.
Comp: $95-100K base, FYE $200K .

Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Experience calling on Physicians, Therapists, and Prosthetics in the VA
- MUST HAVE: Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college
- Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience with a proven record
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time via car and air
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working directly with patients and patient advocacy groups in their territory
- Seeking candidates with stable employment history. Minimum requirement: 2 years in current role.
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
