Role Description This is a full-time, Real Estate Sales Agent role based Lehi, Utah. The Real Estate Sales Agent will work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the full transaction lifecycle. With the assistance of a full time Transaction Co-ordinator, the Real Estate Sales Agent will guide buyers and sellers through the real estate sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Active or in-process Utah Real Estate License, with a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and local regulations.
- Comfort with digital tools and real estate platforms (MLS systems, CRM software, social media platforms.)
- Willingness to learn and be held accountable for personal business growth.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Experience with real estate sales OR pre-license students looking to get a head start on their career.
