Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Hobe Sound, FL for a Front Desk Staff member at Prime PT & Wellness. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing check-ins and check-outs. The role also involves handling patient inquiries, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the reception area is neat and welcoming. Efficiently coordinating with medical staff and other administrative tasks are also part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a Physical Therapy clinic or medical office setting preferred.
