Part Time Licensed Vocational Nurse

We're seeking a dependable, patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support both front desk operations and provider needs. This hybrid role is ideal for an LVN who enjoys a mix of patient interaction, administrative responsibilities, and clinical support.

• Greet patients and visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and maintain patient records
• Support providers with forms, letters, and administrative tasks
• Contact pharmacies regarding prescriptions and refill requests
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and follow-up needs
• Assist with care coordination and maintain patient confidentiality
• Support specialized mental health services after training

Paid, in-house training includes:

• Spravato® (esketamine) support and monitoring
• Urine Drug Screen (UDS) collection and processing

• Part-time (10-20 hours per week)

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with flexible scheduling
• In Office at the Austin Location

• Active Texas LVN/LPN license required
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
• Comfortable supporting both front desk and provider-support functions
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license required
