As our business expands, we're looking for a positive, motivated and highly organized Office Administrator who is excited to grow with us. The position will be the backbone of our daily operations - supporting property management activities, assisting clients and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves helping people and takes pride in staying organized and efficient. Experience with AppFolio is a major plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Serve as first point of contact, providing excellent customer service (2) Maintain organized records, draft lease documents and communicate with agents, property owners, landlords, tenants and vendors. (3) Process applications, lease paperwork and maintenance requests. (4) Handle office supplies, vendor coordination and general office activities. (5) Utilize property management software (Appfolio strongly preferred) to support daily operations. (6) Assist with accounting, support rent processing, invoice entry and reporting.
