Successful Plastics Manufacturer in Texas has immediate openings for experienced Injection Process Technician. Climate Control Plant!
Essential Functions:
· Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality products
· Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues to ensure optimal production efficiency
· Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and material handling ad required
· Conduct regular inspection and quality checks of molded components
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure product quality
· Maintain accurate documentation of process settings, adjustments, and production records
· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Injection molding Process Technician
· Proficient in setting up and operating injection molding machines
· Strong knowledge of mold changes, machine adjustments, and material handling processes
· Solid troubleshooting skills to identify and address process-related issues
· Detailed-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
· Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and industry practices
· Experience with the following Plastic Injection Molding machines highly desired: Sumitomo, Aoki, Akei, and Cincinnati Milacron.
