What You'll Do
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues
- Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and installations
- Install fixtures such as toilets, faucets, disposals, and water heaters
- Work on water, drain, and gas piping systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Valid Indiana Plumbing License
- Minimum 1 year of plumbing experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
