- Portland Sanitation: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM Monday-Thursday (7 staff); 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM Tuesday-Friday (8 staff)
- Portland Sanitation (overnight): 12:00 AM to 10:30 AM Monday-Thursday (6 staff); 12:00 AM to 10:30 AM Friday-Monday (6 staff)
- Portland Linen/Bio: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Thursday (2 staff); 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Friday-Monday (2 staff)
- Vancouver Sanitation: 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM Monday-Thursday (2 staff); 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM Friday-Monday (3 staff)

Special Skills Needed
- Hospital-grade disinfectant and germicidal solution usage
- Microfiber system operation
- Floor care equipment operation (mops, I-Mop scrubbers, vacuums)
- Infection prevention and control standards
- Terminal cleaning protocols for exam rooms
- Proper use and placement of wet floor and safety signage
- Clean and disinfect restrooms 3 times daily Monday through Friday
- Restock consumable supplies during each restroom service
- Empty, sanitize, and reline trash containers 4 times daily Monday through Friday
- Perform daily floor cleaning in all assigned areas including corridors, hallways, and common areas
- Clean stairways and elevator landing areas daily after 5:00 PM
- Perform daily office cleaning including dusting, floor maintenance, and trash removal
- Perform daily terminal cleaning of vacant clinic exam rooms at end of day
- Perform as-needed exam room cleaning upon COR or Government POC request
- Clean and disinfect examination tables, beds, and chairs using VA Portland cleaning products
- Post and initial restroom cleaning logs after each service
- Display approved wet floor signs and safety warnings in all work areas
- Report spills, hazards, fire concerns, and facility defects to COR or Government POC
- Maintain Housekeeping Aide Closet in accordance with VA policies
