What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) position at Prime Performance?
Prime Performance is looking to add two part-time Front Desk Associates to support the daily flow of athletes, parents, and renters at our Port St. Lucie facility. This role is the first point of contact for anyone walking through our doors and is essential to keeping the front desk organized, professional, and welcoming.
Prime Performance is a high-performance baseball training facility in Port St. Lucie, Florida, working with high school, college, and professional athletes. Our culture is built around professionalism, accountability, and consistent effort.
While we operate in a high-level training environment, we pride ourselves on being welcoming, organized, and respectful to everyone who walks through our doors. The front desk plays a critical role in setting that tone and ensuring athletes, parents, and guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
We are hiring for two weekday shifts:
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- (No weekends)
- Greet and check in athletes, parents, and guests
- Ensure liability waivers and required paperwork are completed
- Assist with athlete and parent checkout, including pro shop merchandise sales
- Support evening facility rentals and general front desk needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Communicate clearly with coaches and staff as needed
The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized, and communicative multitasker who takes pride in being the welcoming, efficient face of the company.

- Professional, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
Bonus (not required): Basic graphic design skills (Canva-level) for occasional simple posts or flyers.
