Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital activities to ensure efficient workflow across departments, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Serve as a liaison between medical staff, administrative personnel, patients, and their families to promote effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the implementation of hospital policies and procedures aimed at improving patient care and operational performance.
- Manage documentation processes related to patient records, billing, and administrative reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
