More than just a job?We're not your typical company, and this isn't your typical supply chain role. As our Production and Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be hands-on in managing the full order and logistics lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and timely fulfillment. You don’t need experience in every area—what matters is your entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, attention to details, and drive for continuous improvement. You'll gain exposure to every corner of the business in this fast-growing company.
- Place orders with overseas and domestic factories as applicable and track them through production.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
- Responsible for all logistical details with regard to order shipments from factories to the company facility.
- Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication with suppliers as well as the internal team.

Location: Where the party never stops! (Hybrid 1-3 days per week in Monroe, Washington)
Base Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.?

The annual salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.?
