The Opportunity
As an Acquisition Manager, you’ll work with warm inbound leads—connecting with motivated sellers who are already interested in selling their property. Your job is to build rapport, negotiate price, and turn conversations into signed contracts.

What You’ll Do
- Follow a Proven Sales Process: Work warm leads using a structured, high-converting script
- Evaluate Properties: Analyze property value and condition to structure winning offers
- Negotiate Deals: Build trust, overcome objections, and close profitable contracts
- Drive Results: Consistently hit (and exceed) daily KPI’s
