Calling all formerly commissioned police officers!

We are Prime Ops. We are an Off-Duty Police staffing and scheduling company based in Pierce County, WA. We staff and schedule Uniformed Police Officers for traffic control throughout the state of Washington. Our main clients are most of the traffic management companies in the area and several of the largest construction companies in the state. We are looking to expand our team in order to help a large influx in new clients and details coming our way.

Your objective will be traffic control in various locations across Western Washington. Your pay starts at $55/hour and includes on of the best pay structures in the industry. We are actively looking for part-to-full-time positions to come in and work anywhere from 1 to 5 shifts per week.

Our goal is to provide retired police the opportunity to make a great living doing the work that you have been trained to do. Our retired division is full of people just like you who have been looking for a position to utilize their skills and something that they love doing.

Job Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE BEEN A COMMISSIONED POLICE OFFICER IN THE UNITED STATES (MILITARY POLICE DOES NOT COUNT)
  • MUST BE VETTED AS A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER (Aggregate 10 YEARS OF SERVICE)
  • MUST HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FROM SERVICE IN GOOD STANDING
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE YOUR PHOTO IDENTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT FROM WHICH YOU SEPARATED FROM THAT IDENTIFIES YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER
  • MUST NOT BE FEDERALLY PROHIBITED FROM RECEIVING OR CARRYING A FIREARM

Identification and Training Prerequisites:

  • MUST be able to get your HR 218 photo identification LEOSA card proving your identity and employment history as a Law Enforcement Officer for a minimum of 10 years
  • Must be willing complete an online traffic training course prior to ensure maximum safety on the job site within 30 days of your employment. We will provide the access to the training course upon commencement of your employment.
