About Us:
We are a fast-growing, high-performing Metro by T-Mobile authorized retailer with multiple successful locations. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Store Manager who can oversee and manage operations across two nearby stores (approximately 12 miles / 20 minutes apart).
Position Overview:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading both store teams, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at both locations. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for two retail locations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Monitor KPIs including activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-ons
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent loss/theft
- Handle scheduling, payroll oversight, and employee performance management
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency and compliance
- Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Maintain store appearance and brand standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail Store Manager (wireless industry preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple locations effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between stores (12 miles apart)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Metro by T-Mobile or other wireless carriers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in commission-based sales environments
