JOB TITLE: Groundskeeper

DEPARTMENT: IMR

LOCATION: Dublin, TX

PAY: $17/hr

SUMMARY: Our Groundskeeper is responsible for performing various tasks such as operating lawn equipment, upkeep of grounds and equipment, and other duties to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Duties And Responsibilites

• Lawn maintenance and upkeep.
• Pasture and fence maintenance.
• General barn, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Regular use of tractors and implements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the barn and equipment daily.
• Use power washers to clean buildings, equipment, and other structures.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including irrigation, general upkeep, or other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
