KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts while building long-term business relationships.
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market development activities.
Increase customer retention, product penetration, sales volume, and profitability within assigned accounts.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand evolving needs and provide solutions that create value.
Present products, promotions, and recommendations that help customers achieve their business objectives.
Analyze sales trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity within the territory.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Partner with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
Represent Prime Meats professionally while upholding the company's mission, values, and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of sales experience required.
Food industry experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Business-minded professional with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong organization, time management, and results-driven mindset.
