Prime Management Solutions is expanding in Spokane and looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Associate to support our growing Quantum Fiber campaign.
We're looking for people who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working in an environment where communication, customer service, and sales all play an important role. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or another people-focused background, this opportunity offers hands-on experience and room for growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meet directly with customers in assigned locations throughout the Spokane area
- Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, promotions, and available plan options
- Help customers compare internet solutions based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs
- Explain service features, pricing, installation details, and available offers
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer customer questions and provide support throughout the customer experience
- Build positive customer relationships through professionalism and communication
- Maintain organized customer records and sales activity
- Contribute to customer acquisition, customer engagement, and daily sales goals
