About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community in top shape. In this role, you’ll do more than fix things—you’ll make a direct impact on the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents every single day. What You’ll Do:
Respond quickly and professionally to resident service requests (aiming for 24-hour turnaround when possible).
Complete apartment make-ready repairs and ensure new residents feel right at home.
Monitor the overall condition of the property and proactively address issues.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, preventive maintenance, and supplies.
Keep grounds and common areas clean, safe, and inviting (snow removal, landscaping, debris pickup).
Assist with special projects and other property needs as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, locksmithing, landscaping, or janitorial.
Strong customer service and communication skills—you’re friendly, approachable, and take pride in helping others.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
Flexibility to be on-call for after-hours emergencies when needed.
A team player who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves.
Physical Requirements
This is an active role—you’ll be on your feet most of the day, moving, lifting, climbing, and using tools. Assistance is provided for heavy lifting (over 50 lbs.).
