What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on daily operations, including campaign updates, team meetings, and client relations.
- Execute dynamic retail field marketing and sales campaigns aligned with client goals and revenue targets.
- Engage customers face-to-face inside retail locations, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and closing sales through consultative interactions.
- Analyze customer behavior and retail traffic trends to support targeted brand and sales strategies.
- Work with external partners and internal team leads to coordinate integrated marketing and retail sales initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and sales representative, educating consumers and ensuring consistent, positive brand representation on the sales floor.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support team and client success as needed.
