We're a custom machining job shop specializing in everything from large industrial components to small, high-precision parts for aerospace, defense, mining, energy, and heavy industry.

OPEN POSITIONS & SHIFTS

DAY SHIFT

• 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

SWING SHIFT

• 3:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• PLUS $4.00 PER HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL!

3-DAY WORKWEEK – 12-HOUR SHIFTS

• Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday
• Day and Swing opportunities
• 5-Axis CNC positions available

WE WANT MACHINISTS WHO CAN:

• Independently set up and operate 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Select tooling, establish work offsets, and determine speeds and feeds
• Make CNC program edits and adjustments
• Machine complex metal components to tight tolerances
• Use precision measuring equipment to inspect finished parts
• Troubleshoot machining and setup problems
• Work independently and take ownership of their jobs

Mastercam experience is a plus, but not required for every position.

We value real-world machining experience. You don't need to know every machine in our shop, but you do need hands-on CNC setup experience and the ability to think beyond simply running a program.

Our weekend 5-axis positions require 3–5 years of CNC machining experience.
