Position Overview
We’re seeking a Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll serve as a vital connection between delivery teams, customers, and internal management—helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work Wednesday through Saturday, managing daily logistics and carrier operations
- Oversee loadout operations four days per week at the client dock, coordinating directly with carriers
- Provide remote and on-site support for delivery teams, including:
- Completing Service Request Forms
- Managing Daily Dispatch Reports
- Handling customer and carrier calls professionally and efficiently
- Creating and maintaining delivery logs
- Assisting with routing and order assignments
- Supporting loadout operations as needed when the manager is unavailable
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination preferred
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and communication platforms
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
