From bespoke shopping bags and garment covers to sustainable tissue, labels, and rigid boxes, we bring brands to life through packaging.

Now, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department and help us design the next generation of premium packaging for global brands.

What You'll Do

• Create with Craft: Design packaging and product concepts that showcase materials, textures, and artistry—delivering the exceptional quality Prime Line is known for.
• Collaborate for Solutions: Partner closely with sales and production teams to ensure client visions come to life—on budget and on time.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Contribute to video and content creation projects, from promotional campaigns to training tools, that amplify our brand voice.

Who We're Looking For

You’re a creative thinker who thrives in collaboration and has an eye for detail. You bring fresh ideas to the table while respecting deadlines and client needs.

• Design Expertise: Experience in packaging, branding, or retail design preferred. Must provide a strong portfolio of recent work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) on Mac required. Bonus points for 3D design, animation, AI tools, or After Effects.
• E-Commerce Edge: Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a major plus.
• Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and collaborative—able to give and receive feedback with ease.
• Organized & Personable: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and a professional, approachable personality.
• Lifelong Learner: Curious about trends in packaging, retail, and sustainability, with the drive for long-term career growth.
• Education: BA in Arts or equivalent experience in design and creative fields.

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-time, In-office
• Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 per year, experience will also be considered.
• Benefits: 401(k) matching, dental, and vision insurance. Child care benefits and mental health benefits. "Summer hour" Fridays all year & WFH Fridays offered after 1 yr of employment.
