About Us
Prime Limo is Dallas–Fort Worth’s top-rated luxury transportation company, offering everything from executive sedans to Sprinters, buses, and limos. We’re looking for a full-time Reservation Specialist to help manage client bookings and provide top-tier customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle reservations, quotes, and client updates via phone, email, and live chat
- Track drivers and trips to ensure on-time service
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and last-minute changes with accuracy
- Send clear, professional emails with trip details
- Balance multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail — must be able to read and follow complex emails
- Previous office or customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with email, chat, and multitasking software
- Typing speed of 45 WPM (we may ask for a typing test)
- Knowledge of DFW area helpful
Schedule & Training
- Sunday - Thursday 1 pm to 10 pm (work from home)
- Mandatory OT every other Friday 1 pm to 10 pm (two Fridays a month)
- 3 weeks paid in-office training, then fully remote with company-provided equipment
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $22/hour, raise to $24/hour after 90 days
- Paid training
- PTO Sick Pay
- Monthly health reimbursement (Up to $100/month after 90 days)
