Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Seamstress and Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for alterations using our in-store sewing machines. As a customer service associate you will be responsible for order intake, processing, order completion and outtake. This is a part-time position based in our dry cleaning retail store (there is no plant). Duties will also include manning the sales counter, collecting garments, tagging them for wash, and running the cash register.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in fabric cutting, stitching, and finishing techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to follow patterns and instructions accurately
- Sales, and customer experience
This is a part-time position with 20 hours during the week and 6 hours on Saturdays.
Pay: $15 /hr. based or based on experience.
