Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and general landscaping principles.
- Ability to build landscapes according to design specifications while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
