Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Tech/ Grounds Keeper to work at a local apartment complex in Fresno. Position is Full-Time with a potential for temp to hire. Position is open immediately and the schedule is 8am - 5pm, Mon - Friday.
Candidate must have a least 2 plus years of indoor & outdoor maintenance experience.
Skills needed include, but are not limited to: general plumbing repair, painting, tile work, grounds and landscape maintenance, and knowledge of electrical wiring. Carpentry background a plus.
Must have good communication and organizational skills, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
