Role Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Hoffman Jeans Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating vertical jeans press machines such as the Topcon T-810, T-814, or T-815 from Apparel Machinery & Supply Co.. This role involves finishing denim garments with precision and maintaining high production standards.
Qualifications
- Operate Hoffman Topcon Jeans Press machines (T-810, T-814, T-815)
- Press and finish jeans to meet quality standards
- Adjust machine settings for waistband and leg dimensions
- Monitor production and maintain workflow efficiency
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Must have experience operating Hoffman Jeans Press machines
- Experience in garment manufacturing or laundry/pressing industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microprocessor-controlled press machines
- Experience pressing denim or heavy garments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
